The first big change in the 3rd
Edition is that the Eating DVD is no longer bound with the book. It
can either be purchased together with the book (combo) or
separately. We recommend purchasing them together as they compliment
each other, and the price is still the same. The other changes have
to do with updating the documentation underlying the diet and discussing
additional topics. It is a significant improvement over the 2nd Edition,
but still the same diet.
