Online Ordering Instructions
 
  1) Locate the product you wish to order and click on the button "Add to Cart".
  2) You will be taken to the shopping cart.
       a) If you wish to add another item to the cart, click on "Continue Shopping" and you will be taken back to the Product page, which lists all products.
  3) When you are finished shopping, click on the Checkout button (or checkout with PayPal Express button) at the bottom of the shopping cart.
  4) Enter your customer information, then click the Checkout button again. NOTE: your customer information must match exactly what is on your credit card.
  5) IMPORTANT: After entering your customer information, the address you enter will be verified. If it is not entered correctly, you will receive the message "Invalid recipient postal format." Please go back and check your address. This error can be caused by simple typos, such as entering 123Elm St (no space between 123 and Elm), instead of 123 Elm St. Also, for unit numbers, do not enter 123A Elm St, but 123 Elm St #A.
  6) Enter your preferred shipping method and credit card information, then click the Checkout button and you're finished.
  7) You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
 
  If you have any problems ordering online, please email us. (Note: We recently - December, 2008 - had a problem with our credit card vendor, which was rejecting valid credit card information that was entered correctly. That is now apparently fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience.)
  If you receive the error number 10764 it means our credit card processor has declined your credit card. If you receive15005, 15006 or 15007, it means your bank has declined the transaction. Most transaction failures are the result of simple typos (e.g., entering credit card numbers incorrectly). Please make sure you have entered the information accurately or try using another credit card. Your name and address must match the credit card you are using. If you are still having problems, please email us and be sure to include the error code you received.
 

   Note that we do not have access to your credit card information (it is encrypted), so we cannot add to an order to increase the charge.

 

  All orders are shipped from Los Angeles. We begin processing orders at 8 am, PST, every day except Sunday (unless otherwise noted on the Order Choice page). Orders received before 10 am will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10 am will be shipped the next day.
 
  All sales are final.

 

Shipping Costs
 
  All orders are shipped via US Postal Service from Los Angeles, California.

   When you put a product into the Shopping Cart, you will see a Shipping Estimate. Enter your zip code (or select a country), then click on Update Totals and a shipping estimate will appear. Note that the shipping estimate for US delivery is via Media Mail. You can select Priority or Express when you check out. The international shipping estimate is via Priority mail, but you may change that to Express upon checkout.
  If you need a product fast, select Priority or Express mail when checking out. Media Mail is a bargain, but it can be slow, taking 10-12 business days (or more) to reach the East Coast. Priority Mail will take 2-3 days and Express mail will take 1-2 days from the ship date.
  You will receive an email confirmation of your order after you have placed it and a postal tracking number when it is shipped. Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address.

  Also, please note that Media Mail tracking will normally only show the beginning, then the delivery confirmation. Nothing in-between.
  Orders are printed and processed once a day, beginning at 8 am Pacific Time. Normally, any order placed after 10 am will be processed the next business day.
  We usually ship on Saturdays, but not always. We are closed on weekends and major US holidays. Any order that is placed on Sunday, or a holiday will be processed the next business day.
  We do not drop-ship.

   We do not "pad" shipping costs to make money. The shipping costs are what they are.

International Online Orders
 
  International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class, Priority or Express Mail.
  In our experience, the delivery has been excellent. However, delays can occur in customs, depending on how busy they are. If you have a question about your order, please email us.
  If you find your country is not listed when you checkout with the shopping cart, please email us and we will add your country.

Damaged Goods?
 
  If your DVD or book was damaged in shipping, just send the product back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it. We will not replace the product until we receive them back from you (no exceptions).
  When we receive the product, we will reimburse you for media mail shipping costs. Make sure you include your invoice with the return. We do not accept returns of products purchased from other merchants. You will have to return the product to the merchant who sold it to you.

  Note that DVDs are replicated by a professional duplicator using the latest technology. We have had DVDs returned because people tried to play them either in CDs (they will not play in a CD) or DVD players which were defective. Before returning a DVD, try to play it in another DVD player.

 

 

How to Open the DVD Sleeve
 
  If you order the book, the Eating DVD is bound to it. Some people have found it difficult to get it out and scratched the DVD.
  There is a perforated tab on the plastic sleeve. Please do not use that.
  Instead, simply cut the top off the of the plastic sleeve using scissors, then carefully remove the DVD.
  Try not to touch the underside (silver side) of the DVD. Instead, grasp the edges and gently pull it out of the sleeve.
