diseases. He can also be contacted at

Matt Lederman, M.D., is a
board-certified Internal Medicine physician with an
avid interest in the field of nutrition and lifestyle medicine. He received his
Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at The University of Michigan where he
graduated with distinction. He received his doctor of medicine degree at Temple
University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine
at The University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Lederman is seeking to
change the way chronic illnesses are treated. He has seen that common medical
problems such as heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes,
certain cancers, and many other chronic conditions can be reversed
through lifestyle changes. In fact, he has personal experience as a patient
dealing with the frustrations of taking prescription medications in an attempt
to control symptoms rather than focus on the source of the illness.
Unfortunately, most medications afford only incomplete symptomatic improvement
and frequently have uncomfortable and sometimes even dangerous side effects with
little impact on disease progression. However, through adoption of the RAVE
diet, Dr. Lederman addresses the root causes of disease helping to return the
body to a healthful and energetic state that promotes vitality and longevity.
Currently, his practice involves educating patients about these diet and
lifestyle changes, while supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself as
nature originally intended.
